I am a mobile Notarial and Loan Signing service covering most of south central Wisconsin. As the name implies I come to you. I have forty seven years of experience as a Notary Public, and also do loan signing services for Signing Agencies, Title Companies and Lenders. My experience in this line of work is long time, having done over three thousand five hundred [3500] closings and I am able to give the borrower a good synopsis of the documents they will be signing. I  have been a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Broker for forty eight [48] years and have a good understanding of loan documents.

Of course I do all types of Legal notarizing that an affiant may need.

My hours of availability go beyond normal office hours in order to fit your schedule.
